At Chronos Candles, we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for our customers. Below you'll find our shipping policies and procedures. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Processing Time: Our processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer an excellent shipping method through our carrier partners, Evri or Yodel. The shipping cost will depend on the weight and destination of your order, and the shipping options available will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: We currently do NOT offer international shipping.

Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after they have been delivered.
